1 General Terms

kt44 is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The following general terms must be followed to use this platform:

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be treated as duplicate accounts and all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated. Bonus benefits may also be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to kt44 immediately. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your kt44 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed in 5 to 30 minutes. kt44 reserves the right to complete identity verification before approving a withdrawal request.

3.3 Fraudulent Activity

In the event of chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or any dishonest financial activity, kt44 will suspend the account and reserves the right to take applicable legal action.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kt44 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times — applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is provided subject to specific terms and conditions and may vary depending on circumstances.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed for the same deposit.
• If bonus benefits are misused, kt44 may cancel the bonus and close the account.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the terms of the specific offer.
• kt44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If kt44 detects any unusual betting activity, it reserves the right to suspend that bet and conduct an investigation.

5.2 Manipulation Prohibition

Using any automated bots, software, or systems to operate games or betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted midway due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical fault, kt44 will make every reasonable effort to provide a fair resolution. However, kt44 will not be liable for losses arising from any technical failure.

6 VIP Program Terms

kt44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the member's overall gaming activity. kt44 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time. Cashback benefits are provided only on eligible bets and may be subject to their own wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt44 platform:

• Any attempt at money laundering or financing of terrorist activities.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or documents.
• Any form of spamming or harassment of other members.

For any of the above violations, kt44 will permanently close the account, forfeit all funds, and may notify law enforcement authorities where applicable.
